Event Protocol
The rules are simple. The execution is not.
Each team must contain exactly 3 members.
Every task enters admin review after submission.
The next stage remains locked until all tasks in the previous stage are approved.
Rejected tasks may be revised and resubmitted.
Stage 3 is individual, but still depends on stage 2 approval.
Low-signal work is rejected without progression.
